Interesting item. I "Googled" the NSN and found out the following.
FSC (Federal Supply Class) 1440 is Guided Missiles
The seal is still being made at a contract cost of $12.38, with a DEMIL code of "A"
It's listed as part of a "Launcher,Guided Missile" but I found no reference as to which launcher.
