what forms are needed for SC?

I am new to mv's and just wanted to find out what i need to have in south carolina to own/drive a deuce legally.

SF-97 and GL bill-of-sale to the county treasurer's office. Get personal property tax paid (and sales tax if not already collected), go to highway department with what papercu said, and be prepared to spend a lot of money. If you do not have a farm, so you can get farm plates ($15/yr), you will wind up with commercial ("P") plates which are based on weight. Plates on my M109 are about $180 a year. Antique vehicles are limited to 9,000 pounds gross weight. More info on the SCDMV web site.
