I tried to enter the chat room and when I click on it all I get is a blank screen with a "x" in the top left corner. Anybody know what the problem could be?

That must be it. I just got a new laptop and it must not be on there.

um, hmm never needed to install it myself, but i bet if you google "flash player" you can find their download site
