Need to know year of my M35A2

Hello, I am hoping that someone can tell me the year of my M35A2 so I can apply for the tiltle. I have the following information from the dash mounted data plate:

Registration number! ID# 04H-23171 0525-21874 Although most of the GPD trucks were 1970s as is the date in the contract, this one was registered as a 1971.
