Hey fellow M- series GMC owners, just rebuilt the air pak in the M215 dump truck. As you may know rebuild kits for the 2.5 ton Bendix unit unique to this truck are difficult / impossible to find. After doing some checking, found out the Bendix used in the 5 ton is very simular, just a lot bigger. Ordered 2 rebuild kits (5 ton) on Ebay for $25 each, it is almost everything you need. The only part not usable are the seals for the small piston on the top. Luckly I had some good ones from another air pak.
