Which forum is which for planning a ‘get together”?

My wife and I are trying to get me home for an R&R some time with in the next two years. (Seems that way) Anyhoo, when I go home on R&R we always hit the trials with our ATV’s. This time I want to take a deuce and I thought it would be cool to invite other SS members as well. So, it might be a good idea to start planning this little get together as soon as possible. My question is which forum does it go in? There is an Upcoming Events forum, and a GA Rally forum. This thing will be held in south GA but I am not sure if it would be considered a rally. Anyhoo, where should I post it?
