This is actually part of a secret CIA program to defeat China or North Korea when war comes with them
When it looks like a war is about to develop, the CIA will secretly inflitrate the enemies logistics chain. Then they will secretly replace the dock, railroad, and logistics workers with GL and DRMO employees.
After this happens, the enemies entire fleet of rolling stock will be dealined within 20-30 days. Then all we have to do is bomb the driveshaft plant to keep it deadlined.
You see, they are just using excess equipment for the training program!
