old deuce

Hey, doesn't anyone have any old iron around here?
I've got a 52 m135 and I'd like to talk to some poeple who love the old stuff.<img src="emoticons/icon_smile_approve.gif" alt="Approve">

We all love the old stuff! I used to have a 135 but sold it to a museum which ended up being pretty stupid on my part, now I can't find one around here that's worthy of restoring.

Several people around my area have them. I'm guessing there's about six or seven running GMC's in all. However, these guys don't have nor believe in the internet (pre Vietnam vets). They have really nice trucks too! I guess they're anti-social..........

I found what looks to be a GMC deuce, M211? on Ebay. Search Ebay motors, for "military". It is not in the vehicles section, and is listed as parts or project truck. It is only bringing about 10 bucks at the moment. Looks fairly complete, no top canvas or bed.

I have aM211 ,no canvas, but hardtop on cab. Runs but needs wheel cylinder one rear.I have some extra axles wheels, tires, grill/headlites, front blackout lites ,has nice tailgate and bodies.Needs paintjob. Starts easily. Drives and shifts well, complete.Has M35 fuel tank, but functional and can hardly tell the difference.All new tune up. Filters. Oil changed. Some engine parts cleaned and repainted . All good glass, new windshield glass installed.
