In section 2 of the euc form rite below item G therre is a box titled additional info. Itsays if you have government bidder id to write it in the box otherwise put in none. does it want your gl cust # or is it some thing else? I'm guessing they also want you to include what you plan on doing with the truck? Some of you more experienced with euc HELP please/
Thanks CT

I have always entered "None", in that location.

You can put None. I usually fill in the intended purpose, but that is not necessary and sometimes GL will kick it back to you if you put anything other than "None"

Your EUC form is different from mine. The box in sec II below G on mine has this

"ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: State any other material facts relating to end user and use of the property which may be of value in considering the proposal:"

Mine does not have anything about a bidder number

I think when you are actually filling it in and the instruction balloon pops up it says something about a bidder number...

Leave it unchecked and write in "Not Applicable".

Don't abbreviate and put N/A or they will "need correctins".

I always put that statement there and have always (5 now) been o.k.
