M816 clutch replacement

I just replaced the friction disc, pressure plate, pilot and release bearing in my wrecker and can't seem to engage the clutch. Is there an adjustment for the release bearing I'm missing? Everything went together smoothly...

First post and you hands are all ready dirty. Good and welcome. Is the peddel on the floor like the rear clutch disengagement lever has been played with?
