M151A2 Clutch staying engaged?

I have an M151A2 that has run great since I bought it. The starter went out and I had it rebuilt. After I installed the rebuilt starter it started right up. When I went to put it in gear and let the clutch out nothing happened. The clutch pedal has no pressure. I can move the shifter in and out of gears but it won't actually release the clutch and pressure plate. Any one have any idea what happened?

Installing the starter?

I have the bell housing off and the linkage is good.

You might have debrie on the spline holding in place from the clutch pad which locked it in place and wont engage.
