BRUSH GAURD?

this brush gaurd was given to me. i was told it fit a deuce. i put it up to my truck and it is too wide and a bit to tall. the problem round here is anyone who is un educated about military vehicles calls anything thats O.D. green with a cargo bed a deuce. i have no clue what it fits, or if it is even a military item. it mounts on the front of the bumper and has a bolt that is supposed to go though the tube to hold it up. this way it can fold down when you have to service the truck. any way, if anybody knows what it is or what it fits i would greately appreciate it. its also for sale if anybody is interested. i would have listed it in the 4 sale area, but i didnt know what it fits.

Hmm, that might be the one that fits the LET Freightliner trucks.

Maybe the new FMTV trucks? Not sure, I've never seen one quite like it.

Yep, it's a Freightshaker cattle bar. It fits the Freightliner day cabs the military bought and is still buying. Rugged as all get go, but not for a Deuce or Five Ton. They are worth big $$$$ in the right market. Advertise in a truck stop like Flying J or Pilot and you'll see what I mean. Some Owner/Operator will shuck out the cash.

Here in Indiana, as opposed to the priceier East Coast, one like it in chrome goes for about $800 at the Freightliner dealership here in Evansville. Again these are midwest dealership prices, your milage may vary.
