my buddy has a willys we believe is a 46 cj2a with some type of winch truck type frame post with pin holes which we think was for a cage it has a nasty front bumper with extended fenders on the front and a pto winch. we just pulled all the drums (a real PITA) on stud had to be drilled, threaded and a bolt put in it. we tried welding on studs and even welding the puller arm to the drum. putting a bolt in it worked.

here are some pics, the roll bar and back seat are welded to plates which now make up the top of the rear fender. otherwise we beleive everything else is origional

any info is appreciated.

the seats and roll bar are definately a recent redneck addition. however the bumpers, frame supports with post and fender extension look to be as old as the jeep.
