Ring Mounted Wanted for M939 series truck

Does anyone know where I can find a complete ring mount kit for an M939 series truck? I've seen them in pictures of trucks in Iraq, but I've never seen one for sale stateside. This is probably because they are all headed to Iraq, but I'm thinking that the way the govt works there have to be some that were surplused.
