I finished this a couple of years ago and finally decided to post it. It took about 5 years to do. The m-88 is standard to the one I crew chiefed and m-60 mostly from pics. Lots of home made accessories. Hope you enjoy.Starting a new one with a M-32 and M-4 when time permits.

I admire your talent.

Must ask, any trout in that stream? (I love fishing)

That is very nice work and I have a question. Is that scene inspired by a particular event? If so, when and where?

That looks amazing. I am always astonished at the level of detail and realism that guys like you and Charles King can produce.,

But the thread title is even better!

Just what Bill W and Clinto. You make that look sooo good. If I ever win the lotto and get my museum I've got a project for a bunch of guys like you.

I saw something simular in Germany back in 1975 during the annual Reforger training exercise.

The tank ignored the ford across the creek and dropped through the center span of a bridge.

I went out with our wrecker driver to assist with moving cribbing timbers.

While we were there a chopper landed with a Two Star in it.......he took the Tank Commander out in the woods and gave him an azz chewing he prob still cringes when remembering.

It took two M-88's to drag it out from between the bridge piers and get it on the tank trail........warped the crap out of the main gun......my guess is someone signed a Statement of Charges over that issue.

Looks good! I'm not a recovery expert by any means, but wouldn't it be easier to pull the M-60 out from the other side (provided you could get to the other side)?
