Gamma Goat Handling

Hi Guys,

As my Gaot is now up and running..I hear on the high way the special steering (articulated) can be dangerous at high speeds if you over correct. Does anyone notice this while driving a goat or is it just like any other trailor as far as this is concerned...

Since a Goat isn't articulated in a conventional sense in the longitudinal axis, there is no issue. The last axle of the carrier only turns one half of the front axle so it has a tendency to dampen any trend to become unstable. My wife had hers beyone 60 and only had issues when she hit bumps at speed, the truck would jump sideways a few inches.

Thanks guys, I will have it registered and insured by Monday and a good friend who knows what he is doing is looking it over. I'll snap some pics..I do plan to roar around with it abit.

I just re-read the title of this thread and it hit me.....

Watch out when wreckerman hears talk of HANDLING GOATS.... He'll high-tail it over here with a box full of RUBBER GLOVES and a wierd little smile on his face, accompanied by that Chicken Molester ELMO !

MOLESTERS are often a victim of MOLESTATION, are you saying WM may be moving on to GOATS from POSSOUM. pretty soon none of the wildlife will be safe at this rate :shock:

He's not a young pup anymore, so unless a truckload of Viagra comes up on GL,
Yon goat would be in more danger from his campfire.
Elmo will just sit back and giggle, as a potential adversary, at the feeding tray, gets roasted.
