That article makes it sound like he did a good job! I wish someone would ask me about:

"Established a successful contract management process for short term sales contracts valued in excess of $38M, which standardized the contract template and terms resulting in better management of customer expectations."
They SUCK at customer relations!

"Maintained a high level of customer loyalty while controlling return rates and refunds through successful negotiations with customers and their attorneys regarding claims against the company."
Hard to lose customers when your the only game in town. If there was another option, I'd be gone in a heartbeat!

I wonder if there hiring i need a job where i can, treat people like sh%t, smash doors and bend driveshafts with a forklift, Make it as inconvenient to pickup, Not return phone calls,Give a attitude when some one asks for a preview and etc, etc, etc

On par with the rest of government ops right now.

It depends on how you read that. If everyone is annoyed and expects the relationship to go poorly and nothing can be done about it, they have 'managed' your expectations to an acceptable, to them, level.
If you can't do any good by complaining, you don't bother, and they then claim "complaints are down'.
