Transfer pump hand cranked pump suggestions.

I am looking to purchase a transfer pump that can handle diesel, home heating fuel, kerosen, gas, cooking fuel. Basicly all of them. Since I have 12v and 24v I figure a hand crank would be the best, but it must be able to accept fuel and water filters. Looking for midrange unit. Oh and I prefer a continuous crank instead of the measuring type. Anyone have one they would suggest?
