WW2 junk yard find/tipper

Got pictures of WW2 chev. dump truck in junk yard.been setting there for long time,I tried to get in contact with owner but get no response on phone or stopping at garage.(over 2 year period).seems complete.:cry:

I might understand no response on the phone, but wow - nobody at the junkyard for 2 years? Must not be that interested in making any money....

Save it if you can, but I'm worried that this will end up being one of those people that will "restore it someday" and won't sell for any price.
