Mechanical oil pressure guage

Anybody ever come across a government issue mechanical oil pressure guage that could replace the electrical one in a Deuce inst. panel? Preferably 0-90psi.

I really like my DATCON units (run them in my Cummins M37). Company is owned by the same folks who own StewartWarner and they have a product line that looks very similar (gauge face, etc) to the OEM guages in a duece. Backlit, mechanical or electric, 24 or 12 volt versions...

Ok, I might be crazy (says the guy with a surplus Army truck! rofl), but did someone here not say that the air pressure gauge could also be used as a liquid pressure gauge? That would give you the exact look with a 120 psi face/readout.
