Evansville, Indiana. The GSA auction ends the 20th it's @ $84 right now.
They did yank it out for the other pics, looking at the interior shot it looks like it was in there a while.

I have seen people easing down a boat ramp a little too fast in a pickup float the bed up and end up sinking in the river. Amazing how a PU bed will float the truck if the tailgate is up!!!!!
