Any information on an LST-178 lube trailer?

I'm looking for information on a trailer called an LST-178. LST is "lubrication and service trailer". This trailer has a MIL standard 4 cyl engine powering a large air compressor with onboard air tank. The lubrication equipment consists of 3 reservoirs with high pressure pumps to provide grease to two hoses, heavy lube oil to one hose, and motor oil to a fourth hose. There's also an air hose.

I've had no luck on web searches to further identify this trailer. Has anyone ever seen one before? I am specifically looking for a manual.

it works, i just tried it

They come up for bid on GL some times.
