I have always loved these "Continental" tread parttern tyres, treaded bar gips - best of both worlds!
But has anyone else tried a Gooble search for "Vintage" "Iron""MA" or even "Vintage Iron Truck parts"!!!! Hmmmmmpf! so, give us a clue re their contact please...

Thanks Adam for posting up the pictures. Your truck looks great!

I had these tires on my M813 for the COMVEC show last month. I put about 700 miles on them. They ride great! I like them better than my Michelin 1600R20s. Glad to see they went to a good home. I have more of these listed for sale here on SS classifieds.

ZEBEDEE Vintage Iron here. I am listed as a vender here at Steel Soldiers. You can PM me or call me at 617-650-2108.

Call Matt, +1 (617) 650-2108,
Tires, wheels, lugs, correct valve stems $2500 mounted, he cleaned the mounting surfaces and had done some work on the wheels as well. I left the old 1200s with him. He did a basic maintenance / safety check. I will be going back when I save some cash to fix a few things he found (rear track arm bushings are bad).

I am running 14.00x20 XL's, and I am a bit concerned about the age of my current tires, as well as their potential durability at highway speed.

How do these tires compare, at least as far as performance on the road, and also speed rating?

These tires are brand new and ride great at all speeds. I had them going 65mph on my trip to Conn.[/QUOTE I would like the have wider and taller tires on my 915 the 9 20.5 jest don't fill the fenders well I'll also need taller tires on the rear, in out fitting this truck like this .Will I have higher top speed? and what will happen to the low end Power?

Danl, yes you will have a higher top speed, going from 11-20 to 14-20 I get about a 15% increase in speed at any given rpm (what was 47mph is now 55mph). Their is a power loss but it is minimal and I only notice it on long steep hills in high gear where the truck will actually slow down. Around town the driving is much more pleasant. Remember I have a 813 and had 11-20 so your 9-20.5 will be a bigger jump. Good luck

I was getting 65 mph when my m813 had them on it. Remember the tires will throw your speedometer off. I got my speed calculation from a app on my iPhone. 63 is a nice cruising speed.
