Here's the latest non-lethal weapon being developed for the US Military. It is mounted on a HMMWV in this article. Now, if they would just turn it up a bit to actually make the terrorists catch fire! :twisted:

In WWII the radar guys would stand in front of the dishes to warm up when it was cold. Kinda the same thing just the power turned up a tad.
