Well it stopped before the red cone!
I wonder if a GL forklift was used to unload it from a trailer? That crankshaft sure was whipping around under there.

ILAV- Iraq vehicle produced by Force Protection. Same company who produces the Cougar for the USMC. Iraq came to FP looking for a MRAP but only had so much $$ and wanted it their way. Which for some odd reason they wanted the ILAV to not have ABS on the rear.. FP made this video to show them what they will run into but Iraq still wanted the vehicle despite the obvious fault. Oh well! Btw the ILAV is a Cougar 6x6 minus intermidate axle. Google MRAP Cougar for more info
