Hello,

My SEE will not lift at all with a bucket full of sand. It will lift the bucket empty but needs to be reved up. Has anybody else had this problem? Also is it normal to have to rev the motor up to get the bucket to lift empty?

Thanks in advance!

The SEE should lift a full loader bucket at near idle. You probably have a slipping pump belt on the 'front hydraulic system". Check the belt on the pump directly under the front of the engine. But I must add that there could be something different about your SEE setup that I am not familiar with (but knowing 406 system quite well).

If the belt is not slipping then look for another hydraulic circuit in parallel with the lift side of the loader. Something could be bypassing the lift cylinder pressure back to tank.
