Making a crewcab m923a1

Im looking for ideas i have a m923a1 i want to make it a crewcab. With some modern touches. I am a disabled veteran and im building this truck as a tribute to my brothers and sisters fighting the fight and for the one who didnt make it home any got ideas or support finding parts to accomplish my goals.

There are a lot of write-ups on people doing this. Have you searched the archives?

Do you have a shop to do the work in? Moving cabs and shortening beds is a lot of heavy work, but you are starting with a good looking 923a2.

No great garage but i have access to a crane that should help thanks ill check the archives

Nchittendon, have you considered using an m939 series cab behind the deuce? The taper front to back would seem to match up.
