Okay,

I have finally fixed my CIM's screen issue that I first mentioned in this tread:

http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?162166-Mep-805b-display-issues

I replaced the LCD panel, and it didn't make a difference, ghosting issue was still present. I decided to check the resistance of each conductor in the ribbon cable from the CIM's computer motherboard to the the LCD panel, and I found several circuits with very high resistance. I pinpointed the excessive resistance to the area where the large ribbon cable connectors "crimp" on to the ribbon cable (the terminals of the connector pierce through the insulation and make contact with the conductors in the cable). I removed the connectors, cut off about 3/8" of ribbon cable, cleaned the barbs of the connectors' terminals with DeoxIT, and carefully crimped them back on. Retested the resistance afterwards. Looked good, so I reassembled the CIM and tested it. Works perfectly!

Hello, please tell me how did you connect it on the table? That when I turn on the generator, I have a dark enough screen, I took it off to check it, I want to connect it directly on the table separately from the generator

if its a fuel issue, replace all of the rubber bushings between the collar and fuel lines on the suction side and at the injection pump.

Changed fuel filter the fuel transfur pump seemed weak never could get resistance on the lever, hours later after ordering new lift pump went into checking the MPU pulled it cleaned of chips on magnet tip and reinstalled it. cranked engine over got fuel out of injection pump and at an injector I got loose. Started up! I know I need seals on tubes, will be trying to find them. Had a keypad issue it doesn't work unless the dead start switch is set to normal.

JD 4045 is common motor, any farm JD will have the rubbers in stock, I dont have the numbers for them, there are 2 different sizes, I have had to replace every mechanical pump due to not being able to hand prime or sucking air. any serial mouse will work as a temp replacement to the key pad.

if you have read any of the 805-6 threads, there has always been a common post, no matter what happens with them and they dont run, check the MPU.
