Pictures??, a small amount of damage at the ends can be tolerated until you get a replacement, would also help to file them all the same for balance and to relieve any sharp stress points that could cause a crack to form.

I might not run that fan. I feel the blades will break off. The damage is mid blade in at least one and looks as if it has created a very weak point.

None have cracks that I can see it seems to be clean breaks. Unless there is a suitable sub that can be purchased at an auto part store I'm stuck.

Cracked pieces can fly off and damage a $1k radiator.

I agree that is too much damage, you would be risking a catastrophe, just not worth it.
To be honest I'm not sure why there was any question with this much damage.

You can always remove the broken fan and mount two pusher fans on top of the stack and then you’re safe to drive her home if home is less than 30 minutes away.

Most folks don’t realize just how strong that plastic is on the blade...I challenge anyone to try and break those blades, it’s a b***ch. Your concern is when the fan engages at 220, it can wipe out your water pump.
I had one that shook so violently you though the truck was coming apart.
