What Breaker? Calling by the Military nomenclature helps keep everyone on the same page. All parts have something printed next to them with what it is. A circuit breaker would be for instance CB1 or CB3.

If I cant have a new filler neck, I would say a drop in replacement. There is nothing wrong with the way it was made, other then maybe better materials. It works as is. Don't fool with it.
This is a part I would have in my "Spares" Container for sure.
Take a look at the thermostat. Its an easy gasket to make. We used TM cover or gasket material. I might even try some sort of smear on gasket stuff, or even RTV, if I could. It is not hard to get at. If its the pump, see where its coming from. maybe something loose? hose or clamp. If ya gotta...
You need to track it down. We can start guessing and stop in about a year. But we cant SEE where it is leaking from. My guess is the water pump. But thats just a guess.
I would suggest opening a separate thread for each gen set. It will make your and our lives easier later on.
