I'm back in line for an EUC. Oddly a dump truck has one.. :-x

Mine cleared late last week and I had a shipper get it to me yesterday. I figured 97 days was long enough, no sense waiting 2 weeks for getting it moved. I'll be avoiding EUC items until the wait time is <30 days or the system is changed to put a holding deposit on the item until it clears...

Mines not at Polk, it's at some off site storage in DFW area. :?

I'm in the exact same boat. Euc submitted 10/23/15 and it was just updated today 12/4 as "Submitted to TSC, pending approval, Fill EUC". Any clarification on this?

I've had this happen too. Texas allows for a major and a minor color so it was still workable, I hope AZ is as lenient.

I've been averaging 6-8 weeks to just get the SF-97 with no EUC. I touch base with the titling department weekly and they said they have 600 requests backlogged as of this past week. This bottleneck costs us, the buyers, money from late fees and etc when we file it for the title.
