They won't work as well. Their magnetic poles are at the ends, with little holding power along their length.
With the disk magnets the poles are at the flat sizes providing holding power there.
Same. I've had it charge mine from dead flat (left switch on) to working in about 48 hours. (Which considering a 3.6A charge rate for 24V didn't seem half bad.) Now if I'd known the discount on the Noco G4 that amazon has, I would have been tempted to buy it and hardwire to each battery.
I just...

Anybody pickup a Lightweight Maintenance Enclosure from JBLM last week...
Not quite doe unpacking and taking inventory of all the containers yet, but surely going to come up short a few parts, was wondering if anyone had been smart enough to get two and had some extras... :-)

I presume they understand the math on what ends things quicker, a high starting price with a X% number to relist and redo, or more time spent with a lower price spent getting the bids above the higher starting price.
Plus the "Well, it's at least that much" factor of the anchor price.
Unless you have load shedding, right? I've been looking at APC's load managing auto-transfer switches. Programmable load management and UPS integration. You could set it up so the lights never go off.
I considered buying one of his. But this was a $20 investment for the few weeks a year I may need it. And most of that cost was magnets that seem to have all kinds of cool uses.
And it starts....
Might it be time for a "Here's what you do with your non-titled no SF-97 HMMWV from GovPlanet" sticky.

Abide by the terms of the auctions which state "This item is offered for Off-Road Use Only. no SF 97 issued No title will be available. Bill of sale available at...
Took me over an hour to get on JBLM the other week.
Next time I'll bring a trailer so I don't have to have the check done at the visitor's center and then had back to the logistics gate.
Tell them "I need to search by the name of the color I want, I don't remember the number."
Then I read them the number. (34094, etc...). They look confused, but "Trust me, hit enter"
"All that comes up is some FSC 383 Green..."
"Yup, that's it"
"Looks like an army color..."
Then I...
Got a piece of canvas for a winter hood. Tired of the cardboard.
Wife was kind enough to sew the edges so they won't fray. Maybe she's warming to the beast.
Thanks to artisan for the magnet idea. Makes re-config easy.
Oh, pretty sure Greg has the weight numbers on the money.
Out of production is relative. I recall Boeing offered to open the 707 line again a few years ago. Min order was 6. Long as the jigs weren't destroyed...
For these though, the hull is so durable I'm surprised you'd need more than parts, and enough to replace the few you loose in training.
