I have an Isspro pyro gauge that I want to check for proper calibration. Anyone know the voltage level that the unpowered, K?, thermocouple puts out at 1200 degrees? All I could find is this: ISSPRO Product Categories But I have a DC power supply, so if I knew the proper voltage I could check...

Check the seal on the MC cover, also check the firewall and the area near the hydraulic booster, on a gas powered truck this would be the Vac booster area.

If no leaks, your Master Cylinder is shot. . .

This truck is the truck that had the hole in the oil cooler cover and was empty of coolant, it is possible that it was overheated. . . :| It starts easily and has no strange noises, with good oil pressure. I am concerned about the amount of oil I am seeing in the exhaust path. . . also it...

This occured after running the motor at 1700ish rpm for about 20 minutes, no load. I had just finished refilling the cooling system after draining. Temp got up to 180 degrees.

What do you guys think?, turbo seal? or unburnt diesel? This truck has not been run for more than 15-20 minutes for some time. Wondering if this is a result of that, or a bad turbo seal. Thanks, Ed
