Pretty slick for that Square D panel. Looks like NOS for that specific panel. Design would be pretty challenging for mine, the way the main is positioned.
:grd: Thanks,
Jerry
I took a close look at the functioning of an interlock kit a friend bought and designed 2 for my 200 amp panels and 2 for my son's 200 amp panels of a different brand. Used 3/32 alum and a drill press and metal blade on a band saw.

It won't draw from aux fuel tank unless on-board tank is low on fuel. Then it will replenish the on-board tank and shut off aux until needed again to replenish. Drain the tank and try again.

A friend who works HVAC saved the emergency heat strip box from a furnace replacement. It has a squirrel cage for ventilation and two 5 kw strips. Enable one for 002a and add one old 1500 watt hair drier and you have 100% or so on an 002a. (Strip plus 1500 watts, plus squirrel cage motor.)...
Zeus/Bill,
I tried to PM Njtoolnut and he doesn't any longer show as a member. A shame, as I had met him and he was a fine addition to the board.
I have one of his glow plug compression adapters which I will LOAN you, if you like. Emphasize LOAN, as I only have one. Let me know.

It might also help to indicate in your signature which (of the 57 states) Drexel Hill is located in, so someone might be able to give you a more localized response.

In searching the TMs, try "governor adjustment" instead of throttle. The TM takes you through the entire process. You should get your injectors Sat/Mon. Give us an update once installed.

G-4,
These are 6 volt, 3 cell batteries. At this point am still alive and the 6 together are showing 37.4 volts on DMM. Waiting for a solenoid for the cart to be able to test their durability. I'll take pics before long.

To clarify, I've serviced the IP and the injectors. Bill has done the rest. What do the other members think about removing a shim or two from the block to get more lobe contact? This is a generator with over 3,000 hours on it. Granted, the gear tooth lash would tighten, but wouldn't the cam...
I have what may be an interesting battery rescue experiment underway involving 6 totally dry used 6 volt golf cart batteries. If successful, will post a thread on it in the next few days. If unsuccessful, I'll apply for a home equity loan.

I used to have some VR's but don't anymore. 31 volts will boil/kill your batteries over time. Some brands fail faster than others. Warranties might apply but that won't help much if they fail when you need them most.

Bill, IMO, if you ran for 5 hours, your IP and injectors are obviously working, once kicked into service by the ether.
Not enough cam lobe pressure possibly. You have had your pump off several times. Are there shims at the block (look like pieces of stiff tin foil)? If so, try removing one...
