My 3 teenage boys and I finally got the Deuce dirty. We've been real dry in North Carolina lately, so it's not real muddy, but we had fun.
This area had been logged. We couldn't get over how quickly the NDT's got gummed up, but the Deuce kept on pulling.
There is a 1953 gasser Deuce in a field near Morganton, NC. My son and I checked it out, but nobody was home to get a price. I was told they want to get rid of it.
No top, cab interior rough, the metal bed is gone but there is a bed made of wood framed with 4X6's, front bumper has a pump...
I finally figured out how to add a signature, but I can't get a picture of my deuce to go on my avatar? if that is what the picture on the left side of a post is called.
Any help?

I drained my airtanks Saturday for the first time since I got my Deuce. Only air came out of the outer tank, and some water came out of the inner tank. I left them open and by morning I had a puddle of thick, black oil under the inner tank. Everything ran fine Sunday and I drained them again...
