Keep us posted mines doing the same thing i looked over it slightly and didnt see anything out the ordinary. Mine just started to thump under the driver side floor pan when i slow down to 15 mph or less. It doesnt do it always only 25% of the time. I will check my mounts real good when i get time.

Check the 24v glow plug resistor on the firewall in the engine bay then check the relay gen-2 by the starter relay then do a search on buuzzing sound if this doesnt help. good luck some one else may chime in with a better answer

Thanks for the Info i plan on changing mine very soon and been reading a few threads on this. how long did it take you too chnge 2-3hrs? iv never done one before. Im about to order the same parts now from oreilys im also going to change the crankshaft oil seal i seem to have a small leak.

Check out RAPCO paint you can get 383 green/brown carc substitute paint and 911 flat black in a rattle can or gal. for a spray gun. Iam about to paint my Cucv and i have a M101 trailer on the way. Also do a search on here and they may have more options and pictures. Good luck

I got the same turbo on my m1008 it would only pull about 5-6 psi but it was plently of power. i had the pump turned up 1/4 and didnt experiance any black smoke are abnormal effects. Good luck with your build i seen a thread on here that has step by step how to do if needed.

I dont understand why? Whats wrong with 2 rebuilt alternators and the wiring in stock form? Can you enlighten on why you want to do this.

Thanks guys. I think i will just trace the original pattern with the rapco carc subsitute rattle cans. I just want to fresh it up a little bit. If it turns out like crap i will lay a green base coat and paint as per the TM-43-0209 with a proper spray gun. i was just looking for a few opinions...

$150-$200 is that for both rebuilt? I paid $60 for 1 and $80 for the other to be rebuilt. i think it was a good price considering there like $200 a piece brand new.

the Turbo is awsome my 2 trucks are night and day compared in power it was pushing around 5-8 psi boost. its already installed on the truck and i dont feel like jumping into that project. My stock blazer does what i need it to do. i dont really need that extra truck hanging around.....or DO I :-)
