My bud got ahold of the GL guy at Selfridge. They are closed this coming Monday, so we are scheduled for Tuesday morning. Let me know when you guys are going.
Hey Don! Sent you a PM a while back. Didn't know how to get ahold of you. Thanks for the #. Are you picking up at Selfridge too? I was thinking you had to go to Lansing for your trailer. Great if you are going to Selfridge though, maybe I'll see you there.
Yeah Lane, no problem parking it here...
No EUC yet, but hoping to get it by the end of this week. It's his first one so it may take a bit longer. We're looking at next Monday for pick-up if they are open and he gets the EUC before then. We're only driving north to the Flint area. Be glad to convoy that far though.
Anyone from the MI / OH area going out to PA to bring something back? Or anyone from the Chambersburg area coming out towards MI/OH to pick something up that could bring a couple gensets with them this way?
I got a buddy that just got his first one from that auction. The one with the winch and vise mount. We'll be bringing his north, but not that far. Let me know if you need anything checked out on yours.
That would be too much to absorb. And if you bid based on the correct lot number and what's in the pictures you'll get screwed. Wait, that's only if he's giving the winning bid to a buddy or himself..... my mistake.
I can't wait to hear those 2600 HP M35's fire up as well.
Don't feel left out...
HEHEHE  Didn't know if you'd catch that.. lol
Nothing for me this time around Lane. I'd go on Friday just for the fun of it but I gots ta work. :(
Bummer, sold my 24087 painted MV's. I would drive them down in a heart beat. 67Beast and Dave McConnel have Vietnam era painted MV's. Might want to contact them.
Looks like a heater to me! But hey, it's not like it would be the first time an MV has been driven in a snowstorm without a heater. It would probably be the second.....
Excellent! Thanks for posting the vid Lane!
Knattrass, you guys did a superb job with the restoration, and your son! Great to see one of todays youth with some motivation. I wish someone would have introduced me to MV's when I was Zach's age.
But the deuce that said 108,298 mi only had 10,829 and 8 tenths on it. :) I think 8500 bought them all because of the 2600 hp engines that were in them... lol.
The gl guy is a real doorknob at that base.
