Yesterday I was re-tightening the lugs after finishing up the hub flip and I used the hand throttle to push the idle up a little to help out my impact gun. When I finished I pushed the throttle back in and the engine died( no stutter, just instantly off). Cranked it back up and it idled fine...
In theory an 900 20 tire should have a diameter of 38”and a circumference of 119.32”. 1100 20 tires should have a diameter of 42” and a circumference of 131.88” ( roughly 110% of the 900 20),so 50mph would turn into 55mph.
I just finished flipping mine and should be able to change over the wheels/tires in the next day or so. I only have six of the rims and I am contemplating mounting an 1100 20 on a m35 wheel for the spare.

I am going to be building a headache rack to go bewtween the bed and cab of my deuce. I feel pretty good about welding mounts to the bed itself, but welding/drilling the frame makes me uneasy. any thoughts, or sugestions?

I didn't use the napa muffler personally I just took the top section of the exhaust pipe (there should be a clamped joint about the bottom of the windshield) to a local...
my first thought would have been to question the age of the truck in the bottom pic( is it really early?), but I can see that it has west coast mirrors.
