I have two A2's and am very happy with the CTIS. I guess I have been lucky cause I sure have heard allot of people cursing them and even disconnecting them all together.

For only a 4.6 liter motor and very heavy car it's surprisingly fast. It will lay down two very long black tires patches with little effort. It's got less than 4500 miles. I think that's pretty low for 2008.

That's probably 1000 miles since it's last rebuild. In Europe they change the speedometer to new on every rebuild.
