    Durhamtown Lawsuit

They are only shooting themselves in the foot, The first time I came 3 years ago was massive; 2019? 1/3 in size if that much, many swore they’d never return after the 2019 attitude and price GOUGING.

What have you done to your MTVR today?

Happy New Years y’all, after some careful diagnostics and help from Micah & Jon, I finally restored CTIS to operable condition and managed to get High Idle functioning. I’m working on a little write up, and going to publish another video covering that, as well as a walk around of the finished...

    MTVR CTIS problem

Managed to R&R my ctis manifold from the drivers side firewall, chasing a “short or break in control solenoid harness” code in the TIM diagnostics computer. Couldn’t get my pressure switch to close, I jumpered my pressure switch, confirmed the TIM read switch as closed, and after replacing a...

    MTVR CTIS problem

Good stuff, Like I mentioned can’t get the entire right side to light up unless I’m mashing one of the buttons, as soon as I let off nothing nada. Ima play with it more tomorrow. Total CTIS diagnostics time since purchase of truck: 13hrs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    MTVR CTIS problem

Awesome info. What’s strange, is when I turn the ignition switch on, or crank the truck, there’s only 0-2 ton light on; the terrain mode never attempts to light, but if I mash one of the terrain buttons it will illuminate as long as the button is held. It will never attempt to blink Sent from...

    MTVR CTIS problem

Maybe I’m reaching above my head, but if it’s saying it’s shorted, it may be realizing it’s too low of resistance. That length of wiring, and the switch is going to create a certain amount of resistance. Either we can experiment with resistors to falsely create the “pressure good” amount of...

    Wheel removal suspension drop?

Chain it up, the mtvr doesn’t carry a spare because it’s designed to “limp home” with a busted tire by chaining it up with the axle resting on the upper bump stop Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Determinining which is in system Dot 3 or Dot5 empty master cylinder

No brake system is water tight, water can condensate into the master cylinder just like a fuel tank if low, and with DOT 5 it will settle at the lowest points Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Determinining which is in system Dot 3 or Dot5 empty master cylinder

You’re welcome, with that said, I personally wouldn’t recommend dot 3 even in an unloaded truck because what might be acceptable here in my state might be different in another when it comes to long downhill braking. If you have the coin and want to upgrade over dot 5, I’d swap to dot 5.1 and if...

Determinining which is in system Dot 3 or Dot5 empty master cylinder

Dot 4 and 5 do not mix at all, if you put the two in a cup you’ll see a clear separation and when agitated under a vacuum I found it will begin to create heat. On an m35 for example, I take a shop vac and suck out the master cylinder then fill with DOT 4, suck it out again, repeat 2x. Then fill...
