Front's starting to look like that rear. Beautiful the pair of them. Whats the procedure with Frosty Bite and Mapp gas? For stubborn bolts I'm guessing, heat then cool real quick?

Box is looking great, solid progress. [thumbzup] About the electrical schematic, I'm not saying it's right, but I'd put a fuse between to the 24v feed and the relay. And have you considered a battery isolator to not deplete chassis batts by "house" use and ensure preference when charging? or...

Yes, I believe there should be a spring. The TM-34P shows that piece as a sealed assembly, NSN MS25331-4-313S. Googling calls it an Aircraft Push to Test Indicator Light. Edit: Will add pic. and dimensions of the spring.

Wanted to like the previous post, on account of you getting her running and moving, but hard to do so with the possibility of a blown HG. Good to read that appears to be negative. Solid progress,[thumbzup]

That inner fender looks very similar to OEM, a lot more than what I used. Good find! If you have the need and want the batt. tray supports off of mine send me PM, they are in good shape and I'd be happy to donate them to your project.

Looking good, solid progress. The valve certainly is beefy, could you share a link? Still looking for the inner fender? With massaging the ones from LMC work, another option would be Goodmark, I've read good reviews but never used them myself. Which return lines are you going with? Keep up...

Not necessarily a bad thing, have you checked out the threads on bypassing them? Here's one: https://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?134320-A-muddy-resistor-bypass-overkill-is-a-GOOD-thing DH relay, a must IMHO. What's your plan with the alts? Sticking with a 12/24v system? Second...
