I haven't been able to locate a good fording valve system schematic/diagram. I want to put the system back together. I have all of the parts just need to know how the vent lines go. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
They took or the yard apes ripped of the outside T handles on my M997A2. found these and they seem to the an exact fit... at least for me. Also you can use the rubber part to fix your broken dog house T handles.

I have just picked up a M997A2 and have some questions. But first let me tell you the condition. It is a non runner so I have no idea if it runs. My gut feeling is it will but some things need to be address as they all do before I attempt to start. It is missing the trans oil dipstick and tube...
I am looking to get some of that black wire the use in the vehicles. Anybody have a place they would recommend? I think I want 14ga... at least 100 feet.
When they demilled the armor they removed the air cleaner clamps. I seen whether 2 clamp to the body. Where did the third clamp camp too?
Also what is this little clip used for on the oil cooler?
I hope this isn't a question as radioactive as chili with or without beans but here I go. Mixing load rages. I know there are load range D and E tires out there. I only need to replace 2 of my tires (well actually just one but... want to keep the same type of tires on axle ) I understand I will...
I Believe my truck was in the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines Lima company... Looking at this picture I believe this is my truck. It looks like the bumper number on truck in the below link is 629716. That is the same number on my truck. Also there is a blue circle on my truck. What do you think...
I am looking for number 11 in the below picture. The 24P I have calls out 2390076 and said to be part of kit 2390086. I am not having luck finding these. Does anybody have a lead? All I really need is the insert as everything else looks good.
I have been doing some research trying to find testing information and how they work. Maybe my search FU isn't good as I really can't find anything. So I downloaded the patents and took a look.
My focus will be on the EESS , 3S and the TSU.
The issues I have is the wait light flashes 7...
I am going to start this thread to have one place I can document the events of my adventures. I will be asking questions and having links to have one place to look. Maybe this will also help someone who also wants to take the plunge!
And this thread would be useless without pictures. I will...
Is anyone running anything OTHER than 6TLs? My truck should be here shortly and I will need batteries. I am looking at possibly group 24s or group 34s. I know there are group 31s but I don't want to run those.
And before saying "just get 6TLs" there was a post back in the LMTV forum that said...
Looks like the stole the side board from an LMTV... and this would be my guess why they are dumping the M1101 and M1102.

Just revived approval and looking for transportation. Non running with all wheel. GP can forklift on and roll off here.
I also want to put a bid out on Uship... What category are People using.
Howdy new forum! I won a M1101 and planning on picking it up tomorrow.... It's a long drive to get it home. Is there any advice for when to look for or what. I looked the the pictures and the trailer looks good from the pictures. My main concern would be bearings. Is there anything I could...
As I wait as fast as I can for the EUC to clear I am thinking about the next step... Getting the truck here. I have ever intention on a road trip to Barstow to pick it up. I am, however, thinking it maybe a good idea to have a backup plan. How much of a pain is it to shipping a non running...
