    Power on one leg only

    I finally have this 803a up and running. The trouble now is that there is power to L-1 only when set to 120/240 single phase. I need a little help pointing to the test procedure to track down the malfunction. The front panel shows 240v at this setting and 120v when set inside to 120v and single...

    MEP 803a Won't crank.....

    I've been reading these posts concerning non-cranking 803s but nothing is like my problem. Batteries are charged, I have power from S-1 term. 7. It won't crank from the "Dead crank" either. The fuel pumps work as intended but "No Crank". I checked with the meter and get no voltage to the back...
