    mep 004a no fault lights working plus more

    Just bought an mep 004a and trying to start it up. At the control panel hit the run switch and no oil pressure light. No lights on the test switch also. The lift pump does not operate but I can jump it. I believe I can start the engine because there is a video of it running before I bought it...
