Pretty straight forward. Window stays up. Even with all the screws removed, it won't just fall out. There's a lip that the latch has to squeeze by. You'll have to reach up and wrestle it out, then the replacement back in. Put the latch end in first and start one or both screws on the jamb side...
Installed Goodyear G177 1100R20s on mine. Looks great. Looking forward to more time behind the wheel this winter.
Have the NDCC take offs without rims in the classifieds. Also have three "like new" tires on rims for sale.

If it's the add on manual pump style, trash the manual pump and buy a 24V electric pump.

The manual pumps are for crap! I did notice a difference between my A2 and A3. The A3 tubing has a check valve in it (guessing so it doesn't lose prime), but the A2 tubing does not. I installed an NOS washer kit in the A2 about three years ago and it worked almost fine for about a day then never...
Installed a 24 volt windshield washer pump. It pumped so well I thought the thing was going to punch holes in the glass!! Wired the hot lead to a circuit breaker on the firewall and ran the ground through a momentary switch on the dash.
Cut the hose from the tank and connect to the pump inlet...
