    Fired her up for the first time in sevral weeks ( off and on HH install ). Adjusted the brakes...they need to be bled now, But good enough to drive. Made a 40 mile round trip to work and back with 0 problems!

    installed a new HH, everything seems to be timed correctly, but not getting any fuel to the injectors. Fuel is getting to the HH. Pulled the frt valve cover off, and verified that #1 was at TDC ( both rocker arms up...girlfriend watched as i manually spun her over.) I cant budge the plug in top...

    Started swapping the HH .... lost the retainer clip that holds the button on the bottom of the plunger in place... had to order one this a.m. Plan on checking/ adjusting the brakes and park brake this week

    i installed a battery cut off switch just about in the same location, just about 1' higher. The one I used is all metal...lever and housing. You cant take the leaver off of mine. I'll try and post some pics tonight or tommrow.

    with alot of help, pulled the injectors and checked cyl compression... everything checked out fine. Now I have to finish installing the return lines on the injectors and fix an oil leak. Pulled the frt most oil filter so #2 injector was easier to get to. Reinstalled and now its pouring oil. I...

    over the past 2 weeks..... new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing.... only took 3 days of off and on working on it, to replace and install. Battery disconnect switch. Adjusted transfer case linkage.... she was stuck in low.

    New U joints in the rear drice shaft yesterday. Ran new braided fuel line from the tank to the primary filter, then to the IP, and from there to the inlet side of the secondary filter housing. New fuel filters installed also. Pressured washed the engine so I can track down some oil leakage...
