    My MEP-803a experience

Howdy, Well, you can try contacting 2 manufacturers of the trailers. It's either Silver Eagle or Schutt. Silver Eagle website Schutt Industries

Howdy, That sounds like Guy's explanation a while ago. You might have stuff floating around in the tank, and gets stuck on the pickup, after shut off, it floats to the bottom. After starting it again, it floats around and gets stuck on the pickup. You might try emptying the tank, and swabbing...

Howdy, exactly, it could have been the simple action of pulling the connector and re-installing. It is now making good contact across all pins.

Howdy, The trailer is looking good. That was the inherent problem with that generation of switch. The stem is plastic and is prone to break. MEP-8xx S1 and S6 switch variations

Howdy, Like the manual says. It is going to be dependent on your normal ambient air temp. Artic conditions? 0-100 degrees? desert 60-120 degrees? The standard oil which is called for is heavy duty diesel type 15W-40 which covers most conditions. Diesel engine and car gas engine are different...

Howdy, Not knowing what size the little mounting size is, wait until you physically have it, and look over the different aluminum project boxes for sale to mount them up into. That way it will be a nice finished end product. You can cut and dremel the mounting easily.

Howdy, There is a lot more going on there than I expected too. I was under the impression that it was just simply a common bus bar with sync lights, with a connection switch to put unit 1 and unit 2 online.

Howdy, I would suggest you run the unit a bunch before committing to 4x4 lumbar. You will get vibrations, and reverberation sounds which can be more than you need. Others have found by making a pad with dirt, crushed stone, and even rubber stall mats to use as a base. Look over the information...

Howdy, The bulkhead below the radiator is the same piece between 802 and 803. So you see where the 802 well nut goes with the hose. The fuel drain uses a well nut, but comes directly out the side. About 8 inches over from the oil drain.

Howdy, Some sites add stuff to get them up and running. Your sets looks like they went and got 4 batteries. One picture has the new positive battery cap sitting there.
