    flex plate has anyone found the answer to the flex plate problem

    I have followed all the fixes for the flex plate on my M1008 6.2 diesel. I have replaced motor mounts, trans mount, harmonic bal., torque conveter and I am about to replace my fourth flex plate. any idea?
