. Yessir! And I freely admit to doing some pretty stupid stuff as a kid... I was married at 23, had a kid at 25, and I smartened up considerably! .

. You know @Guyfang , I'm thinking that you kinda got what you deserved. I have bees here at the printshop. They hang out and give honey in return... They even recognize me when I walk out back to see how they are doing. I've got maybe a dozen that come flying up to me and land on my shirt...

. Wow! It looks like that was a really nice gathering of like-minded adventurers. Lots of nice toys to look at too... The four and six wheelers and things that go bang sure were impressive! .

. Yes Sir and the hard part is that I could give my helper a "ration of crap" and make him better. You try that at home and you get to Report to the Dog House. Do Not pass GO either!

. I never will forget "JJ". He was one of my first helpers or apprentices and he had some pretty good skills but very little practical understanding WHY things worked like they did. Can't remember why, but we were working on a Ford 330 Industrial motor. Had to removed the distributor. I was...

. Some give up slowly, other engines go away with a hard loud "thump" and it stops dead (literally). I have had a piston rod look like somebody reached in and grabbed a handful of metal - snatched it out through the oil pan - and the motor kept running.

. Wow @m1010plowboy , that's difficult. Happy to hear that family and friends were able to be able bring forward some fun out of the passing of your mother. That is a hard place to be. My mom left us suddenly and three years later, dad checked out in a few weeks while in the hospital. So many...

. It is amazing how our countries shared technology. That Fury 1 looks amazingly like the F86 SabreJet. These are amazing pictures m1010plowboy and I really enjoyed them! The info about taking a good picture is nice to read when it is too cold to be outside  THANK YOU again for the...

. I really like that last picture of the young man in the red shirt... Observing the lower 40. Can't really claim that I have lived in the country. I have lived on the "edge of town" in years gone by. Presently in an old neighborhood before every house was stacked with no grass between the...

. That is so neat... The clouds almost look like jet stream steering currents when they are bending the air. Looks like Goose was having a good time too. Just helping out where I can boss. :)

. Wow! Those are them big old bees! We have those too, but are generally hanging up in a tree and are a lot more rare here The wasps around here are on paper comb about the size of a ping pong ball. Open something with them in side - and they start giving you the evil eye. The sad part is...
