Is that a CA law or federal? Just curious . I was thinking of putting a deuce bed on my M920 But I was going to leave the 5th wheel on.( I'm to lazy to take it off every time lol)
I'm 99 % sure your issues is the curcuit breaker/ relay in the dash on the right panel. Try replacing it I'm pretty certain it will get it working for you again. The only other thing is the throttle position switch. But I never had a problem with that. It's alays been the relay
From my understanding all m916s and m920s have lockers in the rears but not the front. The Hopping was from traction issues remember it was icy . The tires would burn thru the ice and grab asphault then lunge forward. then sit and spin till they melted thru the ice again then lunge forward...
I drove my m920 up my 18% grade drive way after it had been sleeting for a good hr . it had the stock tires on it at the time. It bunny hopped all the way to the top. Don't think I want to try it again anytime soon lol
Here is the post Redstroke did with his block heater install .

Everything I saw there was block heaters. You can get a small 1 and modify 1 of you block off plates to mount it to. Someone on here just did 1 I'll see if I can find it.
Not a clue. But I will tell you I had 1 lock up on my way to SC a few years back. Pulled into a truck stop. Guy grabbed a brake chamber off the shelf . cut a 1" off the shaft .Bolted it on . adjusted the brakes and away I went.
